To reply to your enquiry, quote accurately, plan and deliver your shoot, take payment, and keep records required for tax and insurance. The legal basis is performance of a contract, and legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Only the services needed to run the business: our form provider for delivering enquiry emails, our booking and calendar provider, Stripe for payments, and our online gallery provider for delivering your photos. We never sell your data or pass it to advertisers.
Enquiries that don't become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Booking records and invoices are kept for 6 years as required by UK tax law. Galleries stay available for a limited period after delivery and can be removed sooner on request.
You receive full usage rights to your images. We may use a small selection in our portfolio, website or social media to show the standard of our work. If you would prefer none of your photos to be used publicly, just say so at any point and we will honour it, before or after the shoot. Proposal, family and private event clients are asked before anything is published.
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email andarkhanprod@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Booking and payment pages provided by Cal.com and Stripe may set their own necessary cookies when you use them.
